Congress candidate from Ludhiana Lok Sabha seat Ravneet Singh Bittu making sign of victory after being declared elected. A victory procession was also taken out after declaration of the result. He has defeated his nearest rival Harvinder Singh Phoolka of AAP. The SAD-BJP combine candidate Manpreet Singh Ayali has stood third. The SAD rebel and Independent Simarjit Singh Bains has stood fourth.
