PAU Holds Training Course On Processing Of Lemons

Ludhiana, December 15, 2015: A short course on, “Processing of Lemons” was conducted in the Department of Food Science and Technology, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) today. Five progressive farmers from Hoshiarpur district attended this course. The subject-matter specialist imparted practical knowledge as well as gave demonstrations on preparation of variety products from lemon such as squashes, sweet pickle, oil-less pickle, juice preservation etc.
