Ludhiana, December 2, 2015: The Department of Food Science and Technology, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) will hold two training courses for scheduled castes. The trainings will be held under the aegis of Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojna project. Out of these, one training will be held on “Extrusion Technology” from December 8-10 and another on “Fruit and Vegetables Processing” fromDecember 21-23. About 20 participants will be admitted to each training course on first-cum-first basis. These participants will be awarded stipend as well as refreshment.
