Training on Extruded Products being held at PAU, Ludhiana.

Ludhiana, August 27, 2015: The Food Industry Centre at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) and Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bathinda organized a specialized training programme on “Extruded Products from Rice and Wheat” today. Farmers from Jalalabad, Fazilka district participated in the programme. Dr Amarjit kaur, Head, Food Science and Technology, said the farmers were told about the avenues in the product preparation from the grains. Dr Baljit Singh, Senior Baking Technologist conducted the training while Dr Gurpreet Kaur Dhillon, Assistant Professor (Food Technology), KVK, Bathinda coordinated the programme.
