Ludhiana, March 13, 2014: Offset Printers’ Association (OPA) is going to celebrate the annual ‘OPA Carnival’ on March 16 at the grounds of BBF Industries Ltd, Ludhiana. A K Sinha, Director Printing, Government of India will be the Chief Guest and the event will be witnessed by S S Dhillon, Director MSME DI, Ludhiana, Mahesh Khanna, GM DIC, Ludhiana, B S Nagi, Assistant Director MSME DI, Ludhiana and Rakesh Pathak, DIC, Ludhiana.
OPA Carnival is celebrated to educate the younger generation about the moral and ethical values of ancient India and to get some relief from today’s stressful livings. Besides fun some ethical skill games are also organised for the families of the association.
On this occasion OPA will also distribute the grants of Rs. 13,000,00 received from the Government of Thailand and Ministry of MSME, Government of India for the OPA delegates who visited Pack Print International at Bangkok and China Print 2013 at Beijing, China.
