Omkar 1973 Worli Opens limited inventory

Mumbai: Omkar 1973 Worli, the flagship ultra-luxurious project by Omkar Realtors and Developers,today announced the opening of limited inventory of higher floors of the‘Tower A’. This inventory of Tower A which offers 3 BHKs sky apartments starting at Rs 13.7 crore onwards for the size ranging between 3175 – 3584 sq ft., will be open for sale for a period of 15 days beginning June 11,2016

According to Mr. Devang Varma, Director, Omkar Realtors & Developers, “ Tower A is a very limited inventory of palatial 3BHKs which comes with spectacular views of the city and sea from higher floors opened with an attractive scheme for floor rise fixed at Rs 6300 per sq.ft., for all the apartments between 55th to 69th floors”.

Omkar plans to deliver up to 30 floors of Tower A by end-December 2016, which is ahead of its deadline. The delivery of new inventory for higher floors of Tower A is scheduled by early 2017. Till now Omkar has already sold approximately 70% of its inventory in Omkar 1973.
