Participants were introduced to the tools they need to express themselves creatively. She read a small portion of her novel. The students took keen interest in the same. There was complete pin drop silence during reading session of a portion of her novel. In her speech, Nomita Khanna gave some important tips to students on how to do better creative writing. She motivated students to pen their creativity on paper. Further, she suggested students to write `my most lazy cat’ or `my naughty rabbit’ instead of writing `my pet animal’. She opined that it would be more interesting for readers if names of characters in the storybooks of children are named after according to their nature. By the end of the workshop, each student created a pictorial story of his/her own. This was a call to all emerging wordsmiths.
