Lt Gen KJ Singh, General Officer Commanding in Chief Western Command addresses the troops of Vajra Corps in a Sainik Sammelan on Tuesday.
Jalandhar, September 16, 2014: Lt Gen KJ Singh, General Officer Commanding in Chief Western Command visited Vajra Corps today. The General Officer was received by Lt Gen NPS Hira, General Officer Commanding, Vajra Corps here today.
Lt Gen KJ Singh addressed the troops of Vajra Corps in a Sainik Sammelan here today. In his address the General Officer appreciated and appealed to the men to continue the good work and to further the strengths of Vajra Corps by training hard. Army Commander emphasized upon the mantra of ‘Physically Fit, Equipment Fit and Fighting Fit’. He expressed his confidence in troops and established a chord with them through interaction.
Thereafter the Army Commander was briefed by the General Officer Commanding, Vajra Corps on the aspects of operational preparedness of the Vajra Corps, which was well appreciated by the General Officer.
