Jalandhar, April 17, 2015: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar is going to organise a workshop on ‘Financial Literacy’ on April 18, 2015. Post Graduate Department of Commerce and Business Administration has been ceaselessly endeavouring to impart quality based education to its students for their holistic development. In keeping with this trend, this workshop will be organised which is a unique effort of SEBI, SRCC and KMV in Punjab.
Principal Prof Dr Atima Sharma averred that to promote awareness about financial operations, Dr. Abhay Jain, an erudite scholar from SRCC and representative of SEBI, will be the resource person for this workshop. The objective of this workshop is to acquaint the students with the nitty gritties of the capital market. This workshop will help the students to scale unprecedented heights in various careers in the field of Money Market and Capital Market and will also help them to be the Future Investment Managers/ Portfolio Managers.
