Students at KMV, Jalandhar celebrate Eco-friendly Holi on Thursday.
Jalandhar, March 5, 2015: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar’s Sapling of Life Club promoted Eco-friendly Holi celebrated with organic colours and put Tilak on the foreheads of each other to mark the festival. Message to save water was also conveyed by the members to fellow students.
Principal of the college Prof.Dr.Atima Sharma Dwivedi also enjoyed the festival and appreciated members of Sapling of Life Club for being the forerunners in spreading awareness regarding conservation of environment by celebrating holi in eco-friendly manner. She lauded the endeavours of Dr. Madhumeet (Dean, Student Welfare) and Sadhana Tandon, the Incharge of Sapling of Life Club.
