Chandigarh, January 2, 2013: The Punjab Government has promoted Khubi Ram, DIG/Security (absorbed officer) as IGP in pay scale Band-4 Rs. 37400-67000 plus grade pay 10,000 under Rule-6 of Punjab Absorption of Officers of the Para Military Forces ( Group-A) Service Rules, 2005.
