Jalandhar, December 6, 2014: Students of Cambridge International School for Girls exhibited their extra ordinary performance in P.S.E.B district skating tournament and bagged 4 gold, 5 silver and 3 bronze medals. The girls who procured gold medals were Divya ,Raina, Navya and Khushi . The ones who secured silver medals were Suhasni, Aditi, Arunima , Nanki and Suhavi and the ones who earned bronze medal were Nanaki, Suhavi and Sanya.
Roll hockey team of the school bagged second position in the Open State Tournament held at Patiala. The participants were: Aditi, Arunima, Nanki and Kanupreet.
Chairman of Learning Wings Education Society Ajay Bhatia, Deputy Chairman Deepak Bhatia congratulated the girls for their wonderful performance. Director of learning wings J.K. Kohli, Principal Deepa Dogra and Vice Principal Ms. Preeti Sharma also felicitated the team and inspired them to give their best of one’s ability in the coming tournaments. Sports Co-ordinator A.S.Sikand, Head of Department Harpreet and Skating Coach Balram also praise the team for their wonderful performance and encourage them to perform better.
