The workshop aimed to equip teachers with practical strategies and emotional tools to support students’ mental and emotional well-being alongside their academic growth. Esteemed CBSE resource persons — Dr. Roma Dullat, Principal of LMJ Public School, Phagwara, and Raman Dua, Principal of Majha Public School, Taran-Taran — conducted the insightful sessions. Their expert guidance and empathetic approach enriched the learning experience for all participants.
Educators actively engaged in interactive sessions covering stress management, adolescent behavior, emotional intelligence, and coping strategies.
