Innocent Hearts Celebrates Republic Day

Jalandhar, January 25, 2016: Innocent Hearts, Green Model Town and Loharan celebrated Republic Day with great enthusiasm. The patriotic fervor was in the air. On this occasion a special assembly was organized.  After prayer, the National flag was unfurled.  The Director Principal School Mr.Dheeraj Banati, the Vice Principal – Mrs. Sharmila Nakra , Examination Incharge – Mrs.Gurwinder Kaur and Primary Wing Incharge  Mrs. Harleen Guleria in GMT and in Loharan- Mrs. Alka and  Ms. Shallu Sehgal  hoisted the National Flag   . The salute was given to the flag with the beats of band. The school was echoing with the sound of patriotic song. The lyrics of the song were “Tiranga Humko Pyara hai”. The student of class VII- Hargun recited a poem. The badges of the miniature National Flag were affixed by the teachers and students. 

 Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions Loharan Jalandhar too celebrated Republic Day by hosting a flag by Group Director Dr.Shailesh Tripathi in front of all staff and students of Innocent Hearts College. Students took part in the Republic Day Parade which was hosted by the individual departments like Management, Information Technology, Hotel Management Medical Lab Sciences and Agriculture Departments of Loharan Campus. Students also sang various patriotic poems and songs on this occasion. Faculty members also give emphasis on freedom and change and also guided our youngsters for giving up intoxications and adopt good habits because the youth is the future of this country. In the end the National Anthem was sung by all the staff and the faculty.
