INFORMATION on deduction of CPF/DA and other arrears of IAS/PCS officers sought

Chandigarh, February 18, 2013: The Punjab Government has issued strict instruction to furnish data of deduction of contributory pension fund (CPF), dearness allowance (DA) and other arrears of IAS/PCS officers.

Disclosing this here, an official spokesperson of the Finance Department said that Assistant Controller, Finance and Accounts, Personnel Department has been told to submit data of monthly deduction under new pension scheme CPF, dearness allowance and other arrears of IAS/PCS officers appointed on or after January 1, 2004 from the date of their joining up till March 31, 2011 to Deputy Director, Pension/New Pension Scheme, SAS Nagar. It has also been instructed to attach the copy of the schedule of recovery (before March 31, 2008) of the officers, duly verified from Treasury Office.
