I Want To Paint My Dad And Gift Him The Painting: Kunal Jaisingh

Highly inspired by his character, Omkara Singh Oberoi in STAR Plus’ latest offering, Ishqbaaaz, actor Kunal Jaisingh now wishes to paint a picture of his father and gift it to him.

Says the actor, “I’ve shot for various scenes that have me work in solitude on my idols. Going by the scenes, I actually wish to pursue painting along with my other hobbies. We anyway have an artist cum sculptor on set who helps me with the scenes that require me to paint. In between shots, after lunch I go up to him and am gearing up to start painting a picture of my father and gift it to him.”

The actor also highlights the fact that his father is his biggest fan and critic. “Every night I go back home after pack up, our dinner table conversations are only about the show. After my entry shot in the first episode, I remember him telling me how he would love to have a painting done by me hanging on the wall at home. That was when I knew I have to get down to business; paint a picture of him, just for him.”

One is never too old to learn and well, Kunal is definitely an example of that.
