HMV, Jalandhat on Thursday organising one day workshop on Promotion of Teachers under Career Advancement Scheme.
Jalandhar, December 3, 2015: One day workshop on ‘Promotion of Teachers under Career Advancement Scheme’ was organized in Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya under the directions of Principal Dr. Rekha Kalia Bhardwaj. Officiating Principal Mrs. Renuka Bhatti said that information regarding API scores is helpful for every teacher. She appreciated the initiative taken by Mrs. Meenakshi Syal. In this workshop, Dean Academic and UGC Coordinator Mrs. Meenakshi Syal was the resource person. During the workshop, Mrs. Meenakshi Syal told in detail about 3 stages of promotion with the help of Power Point Presentation. She gave score wise description of Category I (Teaching, Learning, and Evaluation related activities), Category II (Co-curricular, Extension and Professional related activities), Category III (Research and Academic Contribution) and also told about capping system. She told about points required for promotion in detail. Teachers asked questions from her and satisfied their queries. On this occasion, teachers of the college were present.
