Chandigarh, January 12, 2016: Haryana Government has reconstituted the High Powered Committee for reviewing the progress of National Capital Region Planning Board (NCRPB) projects to be financed as loan assistance.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of the Finance Department said that the Chief Secretary would serve as Chairman of the committee while the Administrative Secretary, Finance/Planning Department, the Administrative Secretaries of the departments concerned involved in implementing NCRPB-funded projects, and representatives of the NCRPB would act as Members. Secretary, Finance (Budget), would be Member Secretary of the Committee.
He said that the committee would meet at least once in each quarter to examine financing fresh projects under NCRPB loan scheme, to review the progress in implementation of the sanctioned projects and give suitable guidance and supervision. / (SK Vyas, Jalandhar)
