GLOBAL FASHION EXHIBITION STARTS, SHOWCASES LATEST INTERNATIONAL FASHION & WEDDING TRENDS

Chandigarh, November 17, 2018: Tricity's biggest wedding and lifestyle exhibition - Global Fashion Wedding & Lifestyle Exhibition , with a display of winter collections 2018 -19, by 60 creative designers, has started at Kisan Bhawan, Sec 35 here. The glamour filled exhibition is on from November 17-19 , 2018.

The exhibition has been curated in keeping with the upcoming North Indian winter and the big fat Indian wedding seasons. On a single platform are available designers of trendy designer wear, winter wear, apparels, designer jewellery, Pakistani styled designer suits, handbags, footwear, stoles, furnishings, home decor, fashion accessories, western wear & lots more.

"The exhibition everyday will start at 11 am and conclude at 9 pm. We have ensured that the exhibition provides for one's bridal, bridegroom, bridesmaids etc needs. The idea is to provide a one -stop- shop to all those preparing for a wedding in the house and that too at affordable prices. The designers are young and creative, and in trend with the latest fashion in Bollywood and the world over. What's more we have stylish winter wear collections as the harsh North Indian cold is around the corner." Said Rattandeep Singh Walia, Director, Planning Gurus, the company which is putting up the show.

'Ajeni Era by Priya' has a plethora of designer wedding dresses . 'Manushi' label has an array of traditional Indian dresses . 'Navdurga Creations' too has brought Indian attires. 'Pretty Queens' from Karnal has showcased western wear and stylish kurtis. 'Zeal by Monika' and Harit have come with attractive collections of western party wear.

With winters setting in , there has been special attention paid to winter wear. 'Fabrica' from Amritsar has a winter wear & stoles collection. 'Kullu Manali handicraft' has beautiful Himachali shawls, woollen caps, Kinnauri shawls, angora shawls, pashmina shawls, stoles, mufflers, suits and caps.

The exhibition makes a mark in the field of fashion accessories too, particularly footwear. The capital finds representation by 'La Bonita' which is here with its enticing ensembles of handbags, purses and footwear. 'Shumiya' from New Delhi has displayed an irresistible footwear collection. 'Footcry' too is displaying a range of designer footwear.

Jewellery is not far behind. 'SNG Tiska Trends' has come from Delhi with designer jewellery . 'Pot of Imitation' label has lovely artificial jewellery. Afghani jewellery is also available. Afghanistan has also got representation through its authentic dry fruits.

'Mees Beauty Concepts' is displaying a range of products for women to spruce up their make-up and for a glowing skin and beautiful hair.

"Most of the designers have launched their winter collections for the season at the exhibition. We also have many options of home decor available at Global Fashion exhibition. " Adds Aman Walia, the other Director at Planning Gurus.
