Dr Vijay Rattan to deliver presentation at 2015 International Congress of IIAS in Rio de Janeiro

Chandigarh, May 19, 2015: Senior Assistant Professor, Department of Laws, Panjab University, USOL, Chandigarh, Dr.Jyoti Rattan and Professor of Public Administration and Consultant to the United Nations, Dr. Vijay Rattan would deliver presentation at the 2015 International Congress of the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from June 22 to 26.

The IIAS is the most prestigious apex world body in the field of administrative sciences and holds consultative status with the UN. IIAS, Belgium selected the research paper of Dr Jyoti Rattan and Dr Vijay Rattan for oral presentation. The world event is being organized in close collaboration with the Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Brazil.

This global event is expected to be attended by World leaders, senior civil servants, experts from different countries and representatives of various UN organs and specialized agencies like the World Bank, UNDP, UNESCO, ILO, and so on.

Dr. Jyoti Rattan is an expert in Cyber Law and International Law, whereas, Dr. Vijay Rattan specializes in E-governance and Information Technology, Development Policy and Administration and had earlier participated as a United Nations invited Expert in the
