Diwali festival celebrated in B.D Arya Girls College

Jalandhar: Diwali festival was celebrated in B.D Arya Girls College, Jalandhar Cantt with great enthusiasm. Exhibition cum sale of handicrafts, candles, Diyas and Diwali decorations made by the students of Fashion Designing and Fine Arts department was organised. Students of PG Diploma Nutrition and Dietetics prepared and sold chocolates on this occasion. Staff and students enjoyed the fun and frolics at the event. Principal Dr. Sarita Verma heartily participated and appreciated the efforts of the students and encouraged them to showcase their practical skills and earn while studying. She guided the students to celebrate eco friendly diwali. She wished that may the lights of diwali bring happiness, prosperity and joy in the lives of all the students and staff.
