Ferozepur, January 6, 2016: Another Pakistani intruder identified as Arshad Ali (25) son of Naman Sindh has been nabbed by the BSF jawans deputed at Border Out Post Dona Telu Mal last evening. As per the information available, Arshad Ali is unable to hear and speak thus the BSF personnel could not gather more information about him. However, he was later handed over to the police and a case under Sections 3/34/20 IP Act, 14 Passport Act at Mamdot Police Station. Today he was produced in the court and he sent to three day judicial remand.
When contacted, Joginder Singh, SI, Mamdot Police Station said that the police is trying to get some more clue about his identity. “Though, nothing objectionable has been recovered from him, a medical test will be conducted at Faridkot Medical College to ascertain his physical disability. At this point of time, we cannot take any chances”, added the SI.
