Chandigarh, November 27, 2017: DCB Bank Ltd (BSE: 532772; NSE: DCB) is pleased to announce that it has successfully concluded a Capital raise of INR 300 Crore from the recent Tier II issue.
The Bank’s Tier II Capital now stands at INR 536.6 Crore.
Prior to this Tier II issue, as of September 30, 2017 DCB Bank’s Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) was 14.65% (of which Tier I Capital was 12.90% and Tier II was 1.75%) as per Basel III norms.
While commenting on the capital raising Mr.Murali M Natrajan, Managing Director and CEO of DCB Bank said, “As planned, we have raised Tier II Capital. This will further help us to pursue our growth journey for Retail and SME & MSME Banking”.
