Ludhiana, November 29, 2015: The third day of the Inter College Youth Festival 2015-16 at the Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) saw competitions in extempore/elocution, on the spot painting and rangoli events. The young talents captured the attention of the onlookers with their innovative designs during on the spot painting and rangoli events. Besides, students spoke confidently on the elocution topic “Culture – Identity of the Community.”
 
Dr P.N. Diwedi, President, University Speakers’ Forum, GADVASU, who was the chief guest, said youth festival aims at providing an opportunity to the budding artistes to nurture their talent and give their best in a wide range of events. He lauded the students for their remarkable performances.
