Jalandhar, November 1, 2015: DAV College, Jalandhar on October 31 bids adieu to Mr Deepak Sharma their non teaching staff member who served the college for 4 decades .
Mr Deepak Sharma joined the college on June 28,1976 at the post of restore in DAV's library committee , where he worked with full zeal , enthusiasm and worked really hard.
In 1982 , 6 years later ,he was shifted to the accounts department of the college, where he worked with the same zeal , commitment and dedication. From 1980-2000 he worked and served even for the Indira Gandhi National Open University .
Mr Deepak Sharma was promoted as senior superintendent accountant on 1st March , 2015 , and now he is getting retired today (October 31,2015.)
Mr Deepak Sharma served DAV College Jalandhar for 40 years with his best level of sincerity and dedication .
Principal Dr B B Sharma at his retirement quoted " I feel overwhelmed enough to see his working style full of heartfelt dedication and commitment ,and we will definitely miss his priceless contribution , and pray for his happy long life ahead ".
Shri Manav Rakhra (President non teaching) at Mr Deepak Sharma's retirement quoted "we will definitely miss his creativity and presence , and we expect him to stay contended after serving his office with great hard work and loyalty . I pray God for his well-being in his life ahead "
Shri ML Khullar President PCNTEU at Mr Deepak Sharma's retirement quoted " he is a friend for lifetime ,with whom I share a deep bond of friendship and I must say he is a man of value and commitment , and I pray God for always being at his rescue and I want even after his retirement he should stay in contact.
"DAV family prays the almighty for his long contented life , and prays for his happy retired life ahead.
Bursar Prof Rakesh Kumar Sharma,Staff secretary Dr Sanjeev Dhawan,Joint staff secretary Prof Manish Khanna, Prof Manoj Kumar,Shri Sansar Chand, Shri Ram Chander and Shri Bir Singh were also present and graced the occasion.
