CT Group of Institutions organises Mega Job Mela- 2015

Jalandhar, April 11, 2015: A Mega Job Mela was organized by CT Group of Institutions in association with Department of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Punjab on Saturday with an endeavor of providing employment opportunities to Polytechnic Students from all over Punjab at 800 job vacancies.

The event was organized at CT Shahpur Campus where 53 leading corporate across various sectors including  IEC Gensets Ltd., Airtel, Indotech, Connect, Videocon, Embrix, Schneider Electrics (Automation System), Ralson Tyre, Agi Infra, Embrix Infratech, Sant Rubbers and others. While more than 2000 students from different Polytechnic Colleges including GGS Polytechnic College (Hoshiarpur), Mehr Chand Polytechnic College (Jalandhar), Thappar University (Patiala), Government Polytechnic College for Women (Jalandhar), Government Polytechnic College (Amritsar), Government Polytechnic College (Batala), Ramgarhia Polytechnic College (Phagwara), Satyam Polytechnic college  and many more across Punjab participated in the Job Fair.

Termed as Pathway to success, the Job Mela was inaugurated by Ashwani Kumar (Director, Victor Tools), Charanjit Singh Channi (Chairman, CT Group of Institutions) and Dr Manoj Kumar (Group Director, CT Institutions).

Ashwani Kumar (Director, Victor Tools) advised the students to follow the innovative path to win higher laurels in their life. He motivated and encouraged the students to give their best. They also advised them to celebrate this event and step forward to get the maximum benefit out of this event.

Students got registered to avail the golden chance of getting job in the reputed companies with excellence. Rewarding salary packages was also offered to the skilled and potential students by the companies. Company officials interacted with diploma students to give them proper information about job opportunities and various carrier options after completing diploma. They interviewed them and make them aware about the skills embedded in the students.
