You will see the silver-lining of opportunities which will enable to grow and expand your business manifolds. He emphasized to study books namely “How to Win Friend & Influence People”, “The Goal”, “Built to Last”, “Good to Create” and “Winning”

Jain shared business insights with Young Professionals and explained how Vardhman Group one of the largest textile conglomerates in India has grown with group turnover of over USD One Billion. He was actively involved in increasing Vardhman Group’s presence at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh from an initial investment of Rs 32 crores to a cumulative investment of approximately Rs. 1500 crores, setting up of 9 manufacturing units in the process and a direct employment to over 7000 people. Since he became the Managing Director of Vardhman Special Steels Limited, the Company has grown from a turnover of Rs. 250 crores 2009-10 to turnover of Rs. 750 crores in 2014-15. He built up the treasury function in Vardhman with a portfolio over $ 200 million. He has published his first book “Ready for Take Off”- A Leadership story in 2010.

His groups’ phenomenal success over the years has been due to his mantra of growth through quality and innovation”.    

Avtar Singh, President, CICU said in order to groom Young Entrepreneurs to contribute for the growth and development of MSME, more than 122 Young Professionals have joined this Forum.  In the present economic scenario, Young Leaders are to be encouraged for raising talents and skills which could lead them towards door of success in this competitive market.
