Chandigarh, December 9, 2016: Punjab Congress president Captain Amarinder Singh on Friday condoled the death of 13 teachers in an accident triggered by morning fog in Fazilka.
In his condolence message, Captain Amarinder said it was a sad moment and his heart went out to the bereaved families.
Pointing out that the teachers were on way to work, the Punjab Congress president urged the state government to change school timings to ensure that school teachers, students and other staff are not exposed to the risk of such accidents as a result of the winter fog.
