Jalandhar, February 26, 2016: Premiered at 20th edition of Busan International Film Festival, held annually in South Korea, Hindi Movie Zubaan’s star Cast- Vicky Kaushal, Sarah-Jane Dias and director Mozez Singh reached Lovely Professional University Campus. Internationally acclaimed bollywood stars interacted specially with LPU students of Journalism & Film Production; Multi-Media & Animation; and Fashion Technology programs. Visiting actors also performed on LPU stage for the entertainment of multitude of international and national students at the University, and enthralled them to the core. Students enjoyed each and every bit of their performances and kept singing, dancing, yelling along with them. LPU students enjoyed their acts on new songs ‘Ajj Saanu O Mileya’ (the Anthem of Dreams) and After Music is my heart and more.
While interacting with students, critically much appreciated ‘Masaan’ film fame and absolutely smashing as the Punjabi Rock-star, Vicky Kaushal shared his bollywood experiences with the students. He told students that through hard work done his movie ‘Masaan’ earned him overwhelming critical acclaim from the mainstream media. He further shared that one of his upcoming film ‘Zubaan’ is unconventional slice of life which has already been opened at prestigious 20th Busan International Film Festival. Its director Mozez Singh has also bagged the coveted “Rising Director Asia Star” award for his directorial debut. Vicky said: “Opening of my film at prestigious Busan Festival is like a wonderful dream come true. I am happy with the response my movie has got great responses from international actors, producers and directors at the international platform.”
Similarly, Director Mozez & Sarah-Jane Dias shared that they are very happy on working in a coming-of-age commercial film. Sharing story of the film, Sarah Jane Dias told that as heroine of the film she follows a young boy (Vicky), who loses his faith and develops a fear of music and his journey in fighting that fear and thus finding himself. LPU students put intelligent questions to the young stars, and so the witty answers were made by the stars for the encouragement and knowledge enhancement of LPU students.
