Jalandhar, May 5, 2015: B.D.Arya Girls Collegiate School, Jalandhar cantt organised Athletic meet for the students of 10+1 and 10+2 students of all streams. Tejbir Singh Hundal ( ACP Police Jalandhar cantt) was the chief guest on the occasion. Competitions like 100 metre race, Long jump, 3 leg race, Spoon & lemon race, tug of war and circle for game were organised. Winners were given prizes.
Addressing the students Hundal motivated them for daily exercise. He stressed on good routine to get healthy body.
College Principal Dr. Sarita Verma thanked Hundal and appreciated Physical Education Department and teacher incharge Mandeep Kaurfor this event. She also motivated students to have healthy diet and good routine.
Dr. meenu Nanda and Prof. Gurbakshish Kaur compeered the stage.
