1029th Free Artificial Limbs Distribution Camp

Ludhiana, March 20, 2015: Ek Om Charity Trust England organised 1029th Free Mega Artificial Limbs Distribution Camp in association with Bharat Vikas Parishad Charitable Trust at Viklang Sahayta Kender, Rishi Nagar, Ludhiana. Artificial Limbs, Calipers, Crutches, Tricycle & hearing aid were given to 85 physically challenged persons. Camp was inaugurated by lighting a lamp by Sukhdev Singh Phull & members of Bharat Vikas Parishad Charitable Trust Punjab. Ek Om Charity Trust U.K has been organising such camps in the past and Sukhdev Singh said that their NGO will continue to hold such camps in future also. 

On this occasion Jitendra Prakash President Trust informed that Trust has organised 1028 camps in which Artificial limbs, Calipers, Crutches, Tricycle & Hearing aids have been provided to more than 43368 physically handicapped persons. He further said that the Trust has also organised Polio Surgery Camps, in which 2123 polio operations have been done successfully. 

Baldev Singh Phull, Nirmal Phull, Surinder Kaur, Ajay Sharma, Pankaj Jindal, Dr. Kuldip, Neelam Gupta, Suman Gupta, Aruna Puri, R.P Gupta, Upkar Singh members of Bharat Vikas Parishad were present on this occasion.
