Dharamshala, November 14, 2017: Tuesday bulletin of the metrological department of Himachal Pradesh say that Weather was dry over the state during last 24 hours in Himachal, but there will be rain and snow situations in the coming days in the state due to Yesterdays Western Disturbance as an upper air cyclonic circulation over western Afghanistan & neighbourhood now lies over eastern Afghanistan & neighbourhood & extends upto 7.6 km amsl. The induced upper air cyclonic circulation extending upto 1.5 km amsl lies over central Pakistan & adjoining west Rajasthan.
The weathermen’s prediction for the state from Wednesday to Friday is Rain/Thundershowers in entire region of the state with Rain/Snow at isolated places in the higher reaches. Though the plain and low hill areas of Himachal will have a dry/suny day on 17 th November the middle and high hills shall continue to witness Rain/Snow. It shall be a sunny day on 20 th of November in the entire state.
There was no appreciable change in Minimum & Maximum temperatures during last 24 hrs.The Lowest temperature recorded at Kalpa & Keylong= 1.4°C and Highest temperature recorded at Una= 28.3°CPlains / Low Hills Middle Hills High Hills.
