Workshop on "Harnessing AI Tools For Skill Enhancement" 

Chandigarh, February 14, 2024: University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Panjab University, Chandigarh, successfully conducted the workshop on "Harnessing AI Tools For Skill Enhancement" under the aegis of Placement Cell, UIPS, on Wednesday, specifically tailored for B.Pharm and M.Pharm students. 

The event featured prominent speakers including Dr. Neeraj Mehta from Ingenious ConTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Ranita Tarachand of Nested Knowledge, who delved into the transformative potential of artificial intelligence in healthcare and technology. 

Workshop was organized under the guidance of Chairperson, Prof Anil Kumar, Placement In-charge   Professor Alka Bali, with Dr. Amita Sarwal and Dr. Neelima Dhingra serving as Organising secretaries. The workshop featured a series of interactive sessions, live demonstrations, and insightful discussions. 

Dr Neeraj on behalf of the Ingenious ConTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., further apprised about the Internship opportunities for students with potential for future placement. Aimed at equipping pharmacy students with the latest AI tools and knowledge for their professional growth, the workshop underscored Panjab University's dedication to advancing technological education and innovation among its students, receiving an overwhelmingly positive response and highlighting the keen interest in AI's applications within the pharmaceutical field.
