Unraveling HIMPUN 2.0 and Various Scholarships

Jalandhar, May 20, 2023: A press conference was held at Dharmshala to discuss HIMPUN 2.0, an event focusing on decoding the New Education Policy along with the mission, vision, and scholarship programs at CT University and CT Group of Institutions. The event will also focus on unlocking opportunities for youth in Industry 4.0 & innovation, health & well-being, skill development, and sports. HIMPUN 2.0 is planned for 22 May 2023 in the Auditorium of Degree College, Dharamshala (H.P).

To foster collective action and innovation, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh have supported this event.

CT Group and CT University are excited to honor 400 members of society who make a positive difference to the nation by presenting awards. These awards will recognize and reward the exemplary work and contribution contributed by social workers, students, teachers, frontline medical staff, NGOs, media personnel, and everyone else involved in keeping our country safe during these challenging times. By acknowledging their dedication and commitment, we hope to inspire more people to help others. This initiative will also serve as a reminder that anyone can make a difference if they put their minds to it.

The event will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, and interactive activities. It will be an opportunity for the youth of the two states to come together and exchange ideas. The experts will share their insights on crucial topics like NEP 2020, health, skill development, and sports. Practical skills and knowledge will be shared through interactive workshops and sessions.

The conference will honor and felicitate the top 150 outstanding teachers, 150 top students, and more than 100 social workers. Certificates will be given to all participants. All students above the 12th class can participate in the event.

HIMPUN 2.0 will be graced by the Honorable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, the Honorable Deputy Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Mukesh Agnihotri, Honorable Chaudhary Chander Kumar, Cabinet Minister, Honorable Raghuvir Singh Wali, Cabinet Minister, Mr. Ashish Butail, CPS Palampur, Malendar Rajan MLA Indora, Mr. Bhavani Singh Pathania, MLA Fatehpur, Mr. Kewal Singh Pathania, MLA Shahpur, Mr. Sudarshan Babloo, MLA AMB, Mr. Sudhir Sharma MLA Dharmshala, and Dr. Sajay Rattan, MLA Jawalaji.

The conference regarding HIMPUN 2.0 was attended by the Vice Chairman of CT Group, Harpreet Singh, and the Additional Director of the Division of Admissions, Dr. Vaneet Thakur. In addition, Deputy Director of Admissions, Dr. Maninder Singh also attended the event.
