Chandigarh, July 13, 2025: As many as 973 candidates appeared for the B.Ed. Entrance Test for admission to 250 seats in Colleges of Education located in Chandigarh.


PU Controller of Examination Prof. Jagat Bhushan informed that 92.76 per cent students appeared today in the B.Ed. Entrance Test in six centres of Panjab University. The question booklet and answer key have been uploaded on the examination website.

 

Prof. Jagat Bhushan said that the test was conducted satisfactorily and no untoward incident was reported from any of the examination centres. Jammers were also used to keep check on mobile and any other WiFi device use during the exam for cheating. Observers were sent to the centres for routine checking and smooth conduct of the test, he added.

 

The centralised physical counselling for admission will be based on CET merit, with the first round expected in the second week of August 2025.
