UIAMS (ECRC) celebrates Innovation and Strategic Thinking through UIAMS Hosts ‘MINDSPRINT 2025’
The Entrepreneurial and Corporate Relations Cell (ECRC) of the University Institute of Applied Management Sciences (UIAMS), Panjab University, today organised its flagship event “MINDSPRINT 2025”—a dynamic showcase of innovation, strategy, and collaboration. Centred on the theme “Compete, Create, and Conquer,” the event brought together management students to demonstrate their creativity, analytical skills, and business acumen.

Chandigarh, November 3, 2025: The Entrepreneurial and Corporate Relations Cell (ECRC) of the University Institute of Applied Management Sciences (UIAMS), Panjab University, today organised its flagship event “MINDSPRINT 2025”—a dynamic showcase of innovation, strategy, and collaboration. Centred on the theme “Compete, Create, and Conquer,” the event brought together management students to demonstrate their creativity, analytical skills, and business acumen.
The competition witnessed intense participation across multiple rounds, including the Hurdle Quiz, Business Crossword, and The Final Pitch, where shortlisted teams presented sustainable and innovative business ideas before an esteemed jury. Complementing these were interactive student-centric activities such as Minute to Innovate, Open Mic like My Managerial Moment, and Innovation Wall, strengthening creativity and engagement.
Shivansh Arora, Arnav Saini, and Jasleen Kaur bagged the first position. Sakshi Gandhi, Ishpreet Kaur, and Tanya Gupta; and Eshant, Ankita, and Mansi received second and third position respectively.
Earlier, the event was inaugurated by Dr. Amandeep Singh Marwaha, Training and Placement Officer (TPO), UIAMS, who emphasised the value of experiential learning and adaptability in the modern corporate world. Distinguished alumnus Manish Kaushal (MBA – Infrastructure Management, Batch 2011–13), currently with Axis Bank, shared his insights on professional growth and lauded UIAMS for fostering innovation and strategic thinking through initiatives like MINDSPRINT 2025.
Concluding the event, Prof. Anupreet Kaur Mavi, Director, UIAMS, congratulated the winners and applauded the ECRC team for conceptualising and executing an event that nurtures entrepreneurial mindset, teamwork, and corporate readiness among students.
