Third day of ongoing Guru Nanak Dev University Inter-College Football league championship 

Jalandhar, November 25, 2023: On the third day of ongoing Guru Nanak Dev University Inter-College Football league championship three matches were played in Sardar Balbir Singh Football Stadium at Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar. 

Arjuna Awardee Sardar Gurdev Singh was the Chief Guest of the function who was accompanied by Principal of the college Dr. Jaspal Singh, Inderjit Singh (President Jalandhar District Football Association), Prem Thapa (Commandant CRPF), Tarlochan Singh Sangha (Former Head of Department of Physical Education and Sports), Mannu Sood, Simranjeet Singh Bains (Dean Sports) Manmohan Singh and Pardeep Kumar (University Football Coach). F

irst match was played among Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar and Sikh National College, Banga. SN College won by goal score of 3 to 1. Second match was among Khalsa College, Amritsar and DAV College Phagwara, which was won by DAV College Phagwara by 1-0. Third match was played among DAV Jalandhar and Guru Nanak College, Phagwara that was draw. The next 6 matches of the Inter-College Championship will be played on 26 and 29 November 2023 at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
