Ferozepur, January 11, 2014: The Narcotics Cell of Ferozepur achieved a huge success when four international drug smugglers were nabbed at Basti Bhattian on Saturday. The smugglers were allegedly carrying 40-kgs opium in a vehicle to supply it in other states when they were stopped by the police on a naka. The opium was recovered after being searched in the presence of Ajmer Singh bath, DSP (D). The value of opium seized from them is around 30 lakh in the international market.
