Chandigarh, April 11, 2014: Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Internal Vigilance Cell and Human Rights, Punjab, Chandigarh V.K Bhawra, IPS has been given additional charge of posts of ADGP, Security and Law & Order during the leave of Dinkar Gupta, IPS i.e. for the period from April 3, 2014 to April 14, 2014.
