It was a powerful, galvanising call for action for Indian citizens and business leaders. It represents a comprehensive and unprecedented overhaul of out-dated processes and policies. Most importantly, it represents a complete change of the Government mind-set of issuing authority to business partners, with a theme of ‘Minimum Government, Maximum Governance’. SIDBI aligns its role with the Make in India and understand the importance and capability of Indian MSME’s. SIDBI business domain consists of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which contribute significantly to the national economy in terms of production, employment and exports. Our objective is to facilitate and strengthen credit flow to MSMEs and address both financial and developmental gaps in the MSME eco-system".
