Sanskriti KMV School Organizes Trip to Rangla Punjab

Jalandhar, December 6, 2025: Sanskriti KMV School organised a school trip to Rangla Punjab for the students of the Pre-Primary and Primary Wing, with an aim to connect young learners with the authentic cultural heritage, traditions, and rural lifestyle of Punjab.

During the tour, students enthusiastically explored traditional elements such as - chakki, tandoor, charkha, village market setup, and various agricultural tools. They were also captivated by vibrant folk performances of bhangra, giddha, and traditional Punjabi musical instruments including dhol, tumbi, chimta, and algoza.

The students relished traditional Punjabi cuisine and enjoyed recreational activities including swings, puppet show, magic show and fun games, making the experience both joyful and memorable.

Principal Rachna Monga, expressed: “The visit to Rangla Punjab served as a living classroom for our students. It allowed them to connect with their cultural roots and gain real-life learning beyond textbooks. In today’s  digital world, such experiences are essential to help children remain grounded in their heritage.”
