The 77th Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Dada Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts (DLC SUPVA). Vice-Chancellor Dr. Amit Arya hoisted the national flag and addressed the SUPVA family present on the occasion. Sweets were distributed, and everyone shared in the joy of Republic Day.

Rohtak, January 27, 2026: The 77th Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Dada Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts (DLC SUPVA). Vice-Chancellor Dr. Amit Arya hoisted the national flag and addressed the SUPVA family present on the occasion. Sweets were distributed, and everyone shared in the joy of Republic Day.
The Republic Day celebrations began with the garlanding of the statue of Dada Lakhmi Chand. VC Dr. Amit Arya alon with Dean Academic Affairs Dr. Ajay Kaushik, Faculty Coordinator Vinay Kumar, Dr. Shelly Khanna, Ajay Bahu Joshi, and others, offered garlands at the statue.
Vice-Chancellor Dr. Amit Arya hoisted the national flag and saluted the tricolor. In his address, Dr. Arya said that a new era for SUPVA has begun. The varsity is now being recognized in the state for its talented students. The students here are bringing glory to the institution not only on their own stage but also in other states. He said he is striving to ensure that this unique university, the only one of its kind in the country, gains a distinct identity nationwide.
VC Dr. Arya appreciated the cooperation and efforts of the talented students, security guards, sanitation workers, gardeners, and teaching and non-teaching staff in contributing to the institution's success.
