Ramgarhia Girls College celebrated 'Swachata Divas'
As per the guidelines of the Government of India, 'Swachhata Divas' was celebrated on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti in Ramgarhia Girls College on October 1 and 2.

Ludhiana, October 2, 2023: As per the guidelines of the Government of India, 'Swachhata Divas' was celebrated on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti in Ramgarhia Girls College on October 1 and 2.
Under the guidance of Officiating Principal Prof. Jaspaul Kaur, the 'Swachhata hi Seva' campaign was carried out by all the staff members, NCC cadets, NSS volunteers and Red Ribbon club. Various competitions, such as poster making, essay writing, declaration, and poem recitation, were held in which the students participated with great zeal.
Principal Kaur distributed prizes to the winners of the competitions. Dr. Rimpi Mehani, Dept. of Chemistry delivered a lecture on the importance of cleanliness and urged everyone to reinforce sanitation as a collection responsibility.
Officiating Principal Prof. Jaspaul Kaur said that the true tribute to the father of the nation would be to always follow the glorious ideas of Mahatma Gandhi and make India a country of his dreams.
Teacher incharges of NSS unit Dr. Harbinder Kaur, Prof. Heena, and NSS volunteers participated in the cleanliness drive.
