Qualified  All-India Trademark Attorney Exam-2024 with 2nd Rank All-India

Chandigarh, February 14, 2024: Dr. Ranjana Bhandari, Assistant Professor, University institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Panjab University has qualified the Trademark Attorney Exam-2024 with 2ndhighest marks in the country with 193 marks out of 250. This year the pass percentage was 30.2%. The exam is conducted by the Office of the Controller General Patents, Design and Trade Marks, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, DPIIT, Government of India. It is held in two stages with Paper-I and Paper-2 in the first stage and final interview being the next stage. Dr. Ranjana had also qualified for the Patent Attorney Exam last year. She also has a start-up company AKB Innovant Healthcare Pvt Ltd. incubated at BioNEST, Panjab University which is having a strong role in generating IP through innovation.
