Prof Satvinderpal Kaur invited to deliver lecture by Indian Diaspora Washington DC Metro 

Chandigarh September 26, 2023: Professor Satvinderpal Kaur, Chairperson Department of Education, Panjab University has been invited to deliver a lecture by the Indian Diaspora Washington DC Metro on the topic of educational  status and challenges of Minority girls in India. 

Based on her extensive research study conducted on minority girls in Uttar Pradesh and Punjab, Professor Kaur will present her research findings in the invited talk in the last week of November this year. 

Previously, Professor Shelly Walia was one such invited scholar who delivered a lecture on the same forum of the Indian Diaspora in Washington DC. She will be the another Professor from Panjab University to be invited by this forum, and it is indeed a significant honor for Panjab University to have its representation on the international stage.
