Chandigarh May 25, 2024: NSS, Panjab University, in collaboration with girls hostel no. 7 and working women hostel celebrated the power of your vote on Friday, at the girl hostel no. 7 Panjab University Chandigarh under the guidance of Dr Parveen Goyal Programme Coordinator, NSS ,PU, Chandigarh.
Dr Sarvnarinder Programme Officer and warden of hostel no.7 welcome all the guests and residents and told about the importance of vote.
Prof Rajat was the chief guest of today event. He told about the responsibility of youth towards the nation.
Programme coordinator NSS enlightened the volunteer about power to vote and to select our representative in the 18th Lok Sabha given by our strong and beautiful constitution to build a strong nation.
Around 60 students took part in this event with great enthusiasm. Along with that there was a poster making competition judged by Dr Anupam Bahri and Dr Pavitra.
An oth taking ceremony was also organised lead by chief guest.
The event was concluded with a tree plantation ceremony.
Flowed by a vote of thanks by Dr Amrit Pal.
