Placement of GKU Students in Fairmate Chemicals

Talwandi Sabo, June 4, 2018: As the session is approaching to its completion with the final examination. It is time to place the final year students with their dream jobs in reputed companies. Keeping in mind, this aim, the Training and Placement Cell of Guru Kashi University conducted placement activity with one of best construction chemical industries of India i.e Fairmate Chemicals Pvt Ltd on 1st June-2018, in the Engineering College at the campus of university and 5 students were selected after various stages of interview. Students participated with full enthusiasm and after their selection are very happy with this placement activity. They credited that their selection in the reputed company is the result of synergic efforts of training & placement cell & their teachers, which made all of them capable to grasp the opportunity.
Sh. Sukhraj Sidhu, Managing Director and Dr. B.S. Dhaliwal, Vice Chancellor lauded the efforts of Placement Coordinator, Er. Nitten. Dr. Ashwani Sethi, Director P & D appreciated the efforts and added that such platform is important for students which will help them to explore their bright career. Dr. Varinder, Dean Engineering ensured that he will also make untired efforts to provide such interviews/placement drives of multinational Companies in future to get the campus placement of all students studying in Guru Kashi University.
Dr. Amit Tuteja, Deputy Registrar also congratulated the Staff and the selected students. All the arrangements in Engineering Department were carried out by Er. Sarabjit Singh Sidhu & Dr. Bhajan Dass & Mr. Atul, HoD.
