Placement Drive by DHFL (Shiksha Uday) in Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions

Jalandhar, March 3, 2015: Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions Loharan organised placement drive in the campus by DHFL (Shiksha Uday) for the MBA and BBA final semester students. In this drive almost 20 students were participated and four students were selected on a package of 2.5 lakh plus additional incentive of five thousand to each individual student named Prativa and  Manpreet Kaur of MBA final semester and Davinder Kaur and Rajdeep Kaur of BBA final semester.

The placement drive was taken by Company’s Associate Partner Ms. Rajeshwari Singh by a group discussion session in the beginning. Out of 20 students 10 were selected for personal interview in the college. The final telephonic interview session was held by the company’s CEO and selected four students for the job on the designation of Associate Relationship Manager (Shiksha Uday) with an appointment letter in the company’s office in Jalandhar.The student’s responsibility will be to take care of sales targets, activity management and lead generation with the company’s profile which is communicated to them.
