Jalandhar, April 10, 2026: The Placement Cell of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar organised an Online Presentation on “Job Opportunities and Procedure of Appointment in ICICI Bank” for the final-year students. 
The session was conducted with the objective of acquainting students with the diverse career prospects available in the banking sector and offering a clear understanding of the recruitment procedures followed by ICICI Bank.
The resource persons for the session were Kashish Dhingra, HR Manager, and Mohit Singla, Regional Head, Jalandhar. Both speakers delivered insightful presentations, sharing their professional experiences and providing practical guidance to students aspiring to build careers in the banking industry. They elaborated upon various employment avenues within ICICI Bank and introduced students to special initiatives such as the Aspire Program, designed to nurture young talent and prepare them for dynamic roles in banking.
The speakers emphasised that adaptability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential attributes for sustained growth and success in the banking sector. They also outlined the stages involved in the recruitment process, offering clarity on selection criteria and expectations from prospective candidates.
