PCTE Group of Institute organized its Annual Management Conclave 2022

Ludhiana, May 10, 2022: PCTE Faculty of Business Management organized its Annual Management Conclave 2022 in association with Federation of Indian Export Organizations (FIEO) where the industry professionals shared their knowledge on the topic, "10 Commandants for Career in Profession or Business”. Dr. Jagat Shah, CMD Global Network & Mentor on Road, India & USA was the Keynote Speaker and the occasion was graced by the presence of Mr. Ahsanul Haq, CEO F10 Ventures & Mentor on Road, Punjab Chapter and Mr. Vinay Sharma represented FIEO.
 
Dr. Jagat Shah, enriched and guided the students on various aspects like innovation in which he impressed upon the importance of using knowledge and digital platforms to increase India’s outreach to the world. Dr. Shah highlighted the gap Indians have in terms of usage of digital technology despite India being the largest producer and exporter of IT.
 
He emphasised that while building competencies both for individuals and organisations it is important to excel in any ‘one’ area so that your identity is built on your area of excellence.
 
Dr. Gautam Bansal, Director, PCTE, said that the conclave was very informative for the students of Business Management; he added by saying that the keynote speaker motivated the students to go for entrepreneurship and gave them a wider perspective on the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
